===== MMO design I could like ===== [[start|]] Ideal: * Action Combat (gw2, bdo) * Build-Diversity (gw2?) * Coop (gw2) * Difficulty (?) * Open World (gw2, bdo) * Sandbox (bdo) Ideas: * Open world * Difficult solo * 2-3 player ok * 4-6 players good * 6+ zerg content down * Don't care about instanced content * Open world dungeons * Sandbox * Free-form class builds, less restricted by classes etc. * Build/Specialise in whatever you want to find your own play-style GW2 example: * Early maps: no change * Middle maps: replace 50% of grunts with Veterans, Veterans with Elites, Elites with Champions. * Late maps: replace all grunts with Veterans, Veterans with Elites, Elites with Champions. * Open World Dungeons/Mini-Dungeons: Expand and make them scale. Use as shortcuts or transportation between maps.
