One of the most popular questions about OMF2097 is about the source-code. So I thought I'd quote a bit from Rob Elam himself, back from 2007:

It'd take some time to dig up the backups and what not, but mostly I just think it's something that wouldn't do anyone any good, and wouldn't be worth my time (even though that time wouldn't be much). Not trying to offend anyone that'd be interested in working with it, but it's just so old, and most users can't get DOS stuff to run properly these days, I just think it's fairly pointless. Even if there are a few people that are interested in working with it and have a genuine desire to do something with it, I doubt any of them would actually finish doing anything with it (I personally think anyone with the capability to do anything significant with it would be crazy to waste their time on it).
